At Insight, we have been working on the utilization of data science in simulation (so-called CAE) since 2018.

Since then, we have been holding "Data Science Workshop for CAE Engineers", and currently which themes have increased to 30 titles, 230 sessions have held and the total of participated has reached to 520.

On consignment business,

• Mesh smoothing utilizing Bayesian optimization
• Survey of Artificial Intelligence Application Technology in nuclear reactor design
• Surrogate modeling by dimensional compression of seismic motion and Gaussian process regression of seismic response
• Implementation of seismic data generation utilizing cGAN
• Generate the prediction on earthquake motion equations (utilizing OSS AI Feynman)

At academic conferences, such as the Japan Society for Computational Engineering and Science, the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers, and WCCM, our CEO,Akio Miyoshi is involved in organizing mini-symposiums.     

Currently, we are also trying to utilize generative AI in CAE. We will continue with our endeavors, which we believe will increase in significance.
